4. Payments, Refunds, and Enterprise Agreements
Due to the digital and custom nature of our premium packages and architecture blueprints, all enterprise sales are final once delivered or initialized.
Alternative payment terms, custom corporate deployment, and dedicated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) must be negotiated under separate written contracts.
